31RETS-6 Triple Slide
The 2012 Sabre by Forest River's Palomino Division features
an all new floor plan and triple slides.

The new 2012 Forest River Sabre features triple slides based on a 6 sided aluminum frame. The pin hitch pin weight is 1,665 lbs and the Sabre has a weight of 9,863 lbs with a Gross Vehicle Weight Rating of 11,825 lbs. Grey water tanks hold 84 gal. and the black water tanks hold 42 gal. The exterior length of this Sabre is 35 feet 7 inches.
The exterior features attic vents for roof ventilation, an aerodynamic fiberglass front cap with LED docking lights an A&E electric awning with adjustable arms, electric powered front jacks and the underbelly is heated and enclosed which makes winter camping all that much easier.
The floor plan of the 2012 Sabre is well laid out and very pratical with the kitchen area across from the dining area and a wrap-around kitchen counter. All of the top cabinet doors are solid hardwood with arched raised panels. The lower cabinet doors are also solid hardwood with square raised panels. All of the cabinet doors utilize teflon spacers to prevent warping, bending and cracking. All of the cabinet face frames are screwed together and not stapled adding quality to this fifth wheel.
The flooring is a combination of residential Armstrong linoleum with residential shaw nylon carpet.
There is also a cell phone charging and organizing station along with swivel rocker chairs and hardwood step treads to the bedroom and the bathroom.
The kitchen features a large 8 cubic foot Dometic refrigerator, a 22" oven and a Magic Chef microwave. There is also a convenient residential size pantry.
Heating the water system is a 10 gal. DSI gas/electric water heater with 16.2 gallons per hour quick recovery.
    The living room features:

  • A Digital TV antenna with amplifier booster

  • Learning remote capable of controlling TV, cable

  • 200 watt CD/DVD/AM/FM player with 5.1 surround sound (12V for dry camping)

  • True five speaker surround system with subwoofer

  • Stereo includes weather band

  • Stereo inputs include: 3.5mm audio, SD card, and USB (2) Bedroom speakers

  • (2) Marine grade exterior patio speakers

  • Antenna/cable hook-up with 100V and 12V outlets in pass through compartment

  • Audio & video input panel for accessories
